Cannot log in using Native ID

is there by chance any help anyone can give me? I’ll pay you. My instagram is @internetsymbol. I can’t log into my native access app and I’m not sure what to do. Who to contact. I can log into my native acccess website login but not the app. Just wanna start using my machine. Just bought the Maschine Mikro MK3 so I want to see if I’m even going to be able to use it

Well the Native Access app should be the same login as the Native Instruments website, your account login.

Prob need to be a little more descriptive of the problem you see since "my car wont start, what is the issue" leaves many questions to be asked.

For instance, most obvious omission is what OS you are on?

Second is when you say you "can't login", how exactly are you not able to login:

• The app does not load
• You enter your details and it says wrong user/pass
• You do not have an app installed
• You have a physical limitation to allow you to enter the details
• Option D?

For direct support with account issues, best bet would be clicking the "Support" menu at the top of this very forum and following the bouncing ball to submit a request, but will also help to update some details, screenshots and whatever else may explain your issue here too.
