I have the same problem on my 88 except it's a C. I've had two of these keyboards (also a MK2) and each one had a key drop. I live in Panamá so there are no dealers here and sending it back to the USA I might as well throw it away, which is what I'm going to do. Such a shame, these are great keyboards but they don't work.…

Okay after much experimenting what completely locks up your Kontrol S88 M3 are the settings in Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt7. In both programs under preferences, MIDI, use only the Kontrol S88 (Main) input and output. Turn off the other two, (DAW) and (Ext). Then both programs will communicate with Logic Pro.

There are over two octaves of empty keyboard between the keyswitches and the beginning of the clarinet. It's very clumsy, I was wondering if there is way to…

Thank you for such a quick reply. I use the S61 and for an example,. I have the clarinet loaded. If I set my keyboard to have C1 on my left I can only use the lowest octave of the clarinet if I want to use keyswitchs. How can you "play" an instrument without articulations? Thanks again.

About three years ago I started to compose with a computer and plug-ins, I learned with paper and pencil 40 years ago. First off I would agree with many of the other comments, don't go and buy a bunch of stuff, learn what you have and learn everything it can do. I'm still figuring things out on the computer because they…
