I'm still super keen for this, is this something that would ever be considered for the roadmap?

https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/comment/203201#Comment_203201 You can also map the step sequencer to other controllers. I’ve made a mapping for a Xone:K2 that shows me the steps in each pattern across the 16 buttons, and lets me edit the step sequence on the fly. It’s a lot of fun, I just wish you could…

I’m using an S4 Mk3.

https://community.native-instruments.com/discussion/comment/176452#Comment_176452 Thanks for the help, I’ve been trying to log a case with NI support for weeks and it felt like they’d given up on supporting their users. It’s one thing to point people to a knowledge base in the first instance, it’s another entirely to make…

Also the NI support link doesn’t let me log a case with NI, so this seems the most appropriate place to log it. Is NI really going to ignore a customer since original Traktor Scratch days? Pretty poor if so.

I can’t update to TP4, and pay for the Traktor Pro Plus subscription so that I have access to Maximiser and Pattern Player. If you are removing subscriptions, will I still be able to access these features?
-
Tried that, still changes to the Kontrol S4 automatically. I get that it’s a useful setting for some users, but once it’s locked in it would be nice to change without having to delete your settings. Maybe I can edit the settings file rather than deleting it. I will investigate.

Sadly not. This would make a lot of sense.

Nothing. Just tried pressing them then and it did nothing. My workaround is to have a custom mapping where the Hotcues button switches the Deck Flavour to Track Deck if the Flavor is set to Remix Deck. This means I’ve got to switch it if I ever switch between EXT and internal, which kinda sucks when playing 4 deck sets…
-
Sadly not. Those options change as you change the deck flavour anywhere, and they automatically change to Remix Decks when returning from EXT input on C/D.

Yep it's for timecode only.

Have you also updated your operating system? The Audio 4 is unsupported under Windows 10, and any version of Mac OS past 10.11.

As the other poster said, it's designed for Traktor Pro 3 or Traktor DJ 2, not Traktor Pro 2. If you got it brand new it should come with a licence for Traktor Pro 3. I think this issues would be resolved by performing a firmware update on the device, here's the link to the firmware updater: Firmware Updater for Traktor…

EDIT: Sorry this was for Traktor Pro, not Traktor DJ
