Traktor X1 MK3

Hello! My name is Chris and i want to ask if my os version Catalina 10.15.7 is compatible with the new X1 MK3 , i own years now the MK2 and i want to upgrade to the new controller.

    No, you need Traktor 3.10 for the new X1 MK3 and with macOS Catalina 10.15.7 you can only go up to Traktor 3.8. Update your macOS at least to Big Sur if you want to use a X1 MK3 instead of your MK2.

    You're welcome. unfortunately no. The MacBook Pro from 2012 ended with macOS Catalina 10.15.7.

    But with a little effort on Google you can find various instructions online on how you could still install Big Sur on your old Macbook Pro. But I wouldn't recommend this if you're not keen on experimenting.

    Thanks a lot, but i don t know if my mac (late 2012) can be updated to the os 11 (Big Sur)...
