Did you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone and did the rescan, as suggested by the error message?

Yes. In stand alone, it does the rescan and everything works.
But not in KK inside logic

Do you have the VST3 versions of plugins installed?

In the plugin loader menu it will say if you have any VST3 plugins installed - if you have one loaded and go into that menu the VST3 will be greyed out if the VST3 is loaded. If you don't have VST3 installed at all unless you are running in Rosetta mode (and at least have VST2 plugins installed) no plugins will load or show up
