Maschine plus has high pitched hum after firmware update

When I play a sound and the scene repeats a high pitched hum starts. It gets louder when more layers are added and with fuller sounds (specifically bass.) I opened a case but haven't heard back (i think they are swamped right now.) This started after I did a firmware update. My maschine plus is out of warranty. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this and would a factory reset fix? Hopefully my internal soundcard is not damaged.

    Somehow my audio was routed in on two different groups and sounds.
