i dont understand i can t see my library arturia and other in the Library...
i have the same problem with maschine and komplete kontrol

I'm summarizing the message here in case you missed it.
Our support team was unable to find the contents of the presets. The Lacie drive is formatted in HFS+, which is now very outdated. This could be the cause of the problem: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers
A solution is to reinstall Arturia plugins, making sure that the NKS presets install location is set to the default location on your system disk.

Read the txt files in the NKS User Library root, they contain the instructions
The Arturia Software centre also has an option in prefs to set the main content folder to another drive
I guess you need to select NKS in their installers too - only Ozone and Eventide Blackhole support NKS though anyway. However you can find additional NKS for Eventide Plugins in the NKS User Library
Follow Kymeia suggestions…he probably understood your case better than support
I have ozone and black hole and inphonik rx950
they are all nks normally, but I don't see them in my library

iZotope Product Portal is like the Arturia one, you have to set it to allow custom installs then choose the NKS option as well
Blackhole NKS is a selectable option in the Blackhole installer:
- for the other H9 plugins NKS are available in the NKS User Library (also several others from Eventide)
