Transferring Maschine

Hi,

Can someone help me please as I have been trying to find this in the support pages for ages…. if I transfer Maschine hardware to someone else I know the software also gets transferred with it. However does anyone know if the latest version is transferred if you didn’t buy it with the latest version? I purchased Maschine and Komplete Select 11 came with it as a bundle. When the new owner transfers the hardware would they get Komplete Select 11 or or the latest version 14?
