What happens to my credits now that Sounds.com is going away?

I had about 2000+ credits on Sounds.com and was planning on using them and then got an email that NI was pulling the plug on the platform. I can no longer use the credits or download anything. Are these sounds getting rolled into Komplete Now somehow?

What happens with my credits?

What happens with the money i've spent on all of it?

Looks like i've basically been screwed.

Hi @Big Notch the Producer if you have an active subscription, you can still use all your credits until the end of this month.

If you don't have an active subscription anymore, best to get in touch with our support team here.

I contacted support and they Patrick basically ignored the question and regurgitated the email about Sounds Shutting down on June 30th.

    Hello,

I was wondering the same thing especially since I never received an email that it was shutting down!!! I had more than 4000 credits on my page. I usually use it to get ideas for future projects. What happens to my credit now?

Judging by the lack or true response from the NI staff, I think we know the true answer now.
