Is there a way to put your own samples or replace the original samples in the new "Pattern Player" on traktor pro 3 ?
No, there is no way to put your own samples (however since many users asked for it, eventually it will be possible at some future version).
But there might be a workaround to replace the original samples:
Factory samples are at C:\ProgramData\Native Instruments\Traktor <your version number>\Factory Sounds, so the pattern samples should be there too. There is no other place (unless they are integrated inside the application, i don't know that).
However, there is no way to know which files are exactly (and there are a lot, over 300). So, the only way to find out, is by experiment.
