Using as a Plig in the interface page is black

When I try to use as a Stand alone or a plug in when I pull up an instrument when he interface comes up iys all black I can't see anything but a blank page. Can anyone explain what happenedm did I down load something that may have caused it to do that ? Help a brotha out.

    In order to help, we need a lot more information.

    Operating system, GPU, Maschine version and whatever else you think that might be relative
