Kontakt 7 are we locked out of mapping editor?

Im trying to use the instrument DX7 EP - but i need to stretch it deeper than c1 and go down to Bb0

It seems i cant even get access to the mapping editor?

Has Kontakt been dumbed down? (im using current Komplete ultimate - and Kontakt 7 up to date)

i used to think of Kontakt as the most powerful flexible sampler out there

On most commercial libraries some things are locked and you can not edit them, not sure though if mapping is one of them (samples are, for sure).

It's not Kontakt but the libraries itself that may or may not have deeper instrument editing (Edit Mode) available. The Kontakt Factory Library 2, for instance, has it locked (presumably because of the new Native UI framework that's not yet available to the public). Playbox, as another example, can be edited.
