Did you refreshing NA? You could also try closing and opening again if you have not done that already!
I hate to point out an inconsistency with your statement above, but the Purchase page specifically states that "Download Available Immediately". If downloads are not immediately available and there is an expected waiting period, then the purchase page should state that....Just Saying!!!
Most of the orders are processed immediately but it can happen some of them are delayed for technical reasons.
But that's right, the statement on the website should anticipate that.
