My user files/kits are missing

My user files/kits aren't showing up in the library and when I try to add them back in, It says an entry with the same location already exists in the library. please choose a new location.

Please help me.

Im using Maschine 2.17.4

Mac mini

Apple M-1

16GB

Ventura 13.4

    Are you sure you are in the user tab? Were them showing up there before and now they disappeared or you just never found them?

    I’ll send you a picture when I get home. I have 10 or more and one day when I went in to finish a project, and they were gone.

    If it's not the user vs factory library like @LostInFoundation suggested you could try this:

    Reinitialize the MASCHINE Database

    1. Go to the following location on your computer:
    2. Macintosh HD > Users > *Your User Name* > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments
    3. Note: The User Library folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden macOS folders.
    4. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Maschine 2 folder.
    5. Delete only the Maschine 2 folder found here.
    6. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.

    @KILLABUTCHA Did resetting the database help? Do you still need help on that issue?
