Library image doesn't show
Hello,
Just bought Heavyocity pack "Vocalise". The pack perfectly shows in Access but the image's pack doesn't shox in Kontakt player. Do you know how to fix this please ?
I run Access & Kontakt player up to date. I already tried to reset by deleting the komplete appdata file but it didn't change.
ps : I asked to Heavyocity & don't have the answer.

After installing any instrument always run Kontakt in Stand alone mode and/or rebuild the database.

There is some ways to add images to Kontakt libraries, but I would focus on discovering why they are not showing correctly.
How do they appear if you use the old fashioned browser?

Looks like an older Kontakt 5 library - did you import it into the Kontakt 7 browser manually? You may need to put an image in the right place yourself - this is /Users/Shared/NI Resources/image/library name (on Mac) or \Users\Public\Documents\NI Resources\image\library name (Win). Snag an image of the library you want to create a thumbnail from (maybe from the Heavyocity website) and resize it to 134X66 pic, 72 dpi and save it as MST_artwork.png then stick it in the folder

I ran in standalone. How do you rebuild the database please ?

No. I downloaded the library few days ago from Heavyocity portal directly.

Kontakt (SAL) <options><database><reset & scan>

In Kontakt Player, go to the "Libraries" tab and click on the "Refresh" button. This action forces Kontakt Player to update and re-scan for any new or missing library images.
