I have updated my Traktor pro DJ to 3.9 and my S8 is no longer working with this update...what needs to be done to get it working?

What exactly is not working? Is Traktor crashing? Is it not starting at all? Any control or LED/Screen feedback malfunctions? Do you have any mods installed? What's your OS?
I do not have S8, I have tried D2 and it seems to work OK. I may try S5, that is closer to S8.
I am on Win10.
I see , it says failure support for Open GL2.0 or DirectX9 or higher was not found ..See pics attached
I have tried to use the older version 3.6 but it is now missing TSIs...Have a gig in 2 hours?
Updating just before a gig isn’t good practice…

Can’t you import the tsi back in the older version?
Or have you tried to do what the first message say and update graphic card drivers?
Will try importing TSIs , have tried to update the graphics but my computer says my graphics are uptodae

I have imported TSIs on version 3.6 but played for a short time and volume gone plus Traktor is staying in default: no choices for extended, parallel or mixer layout...
What are your computer specifications?
It could be that somehow your default TSI have been deleted.
You need to copy one of these : /Library/Application\ Support/Native\ Instruments/Traktor\ Pro\ 3/Factory\ Settings and rename it according to the version you want to use.
The root of problem is, that your graphic card/driver does not support given Open GL version. Your problem is not related to S8 hardware, Traktor will not work at all regardless controller used.
