I recently purchased the Komplete 14 ultimate upgrade. I originally owned Komplete 11 select and then upgraded to Komplete 11 standard. The Komplete 14 plugins are showing up in native access, except they are all in demo mode. I tried entering the serial number for Komplete 14 ultimate into native access and it tells me that I don't have the base product, which is incorrect. I've tried restarting my computer multiple times and have reached out to support a few days ago, but received nothing. Any ideas on how I can fix this?
