Komplete kontrol load issue

Hello,

I've got some troubles when i load komplete kontrol.

I did a rescan, I uninstalled then reinstalled komplete kontrol.

I opened standalone komplete kontrol to make an autoscan.

Have you got some ideas for me?

after a few days of formatting and reinstalling OS, everything works perfectly.

It was long but may be necessary.

I'm running Ableton Live 11, do i still need to open my komplte kontrol on an instrument rack or not?

But did he install them with new NA? (3.3.0) AFAIK those issues are a problem with M1/2 Macs that don't have Rosetta 2 installed.

Here is the installation file for Native Access 1:

You can chose and make a try. I don’t know if it’s gonna work, but since it’s quite fast worth a try (better than reinstalling whole OS for the computer as you wanted to do or staying here hours to try to guess where is the problem.

So, what I would do is: uninstall an instrument (maybe Analog Dreams since it’s not too big), uninstall Native Access, install previous version of NA and reinstall Analog Dreams, to see if paths get linked well this time. If it is working then you can reinstall all other instruments

Never seen a problem EXACTLY like this, so I don’t know. Usually problems are like “can’t activate”, can’t install” and so on…

Oh wait @Odaiba …another possibility comes to mind now: I read this morning somebody saying he installed Native Access 3.3.1 and that for him was working. If it has been released, you could firstly try to update it and reinstall Analog Dreams with this. Maybe-e they fixed something

OK so try the NA 2 3.2.2 version (but not the latest just in case) - it might well be it's NA 1 that is causing the issue (ironically)

Casually…they also “Added Legacy Installers to the Help menu”…as to say “we know you could have problems and want to revert to previous versions”…

Try 3.2.2 - reinstall Analog Dreams first to test this hypothesis
