Upgrade - Komplete Std13 -> Komplete Std14

Can you tell me if it is convenient to upgrade from Komplete 13 standard to 14 standard?

maybe the tools are almost the same...

Well, they are mostly the same, but there are also quite a few new cool additions in 14.
