@DubbieSauce First of all, our apoligies for the lack of response. You mention a support ticket from a month ago but the oldest request I could find is from March 04th, did you submit other requests from another email address? Anyway it's not normal that you did not get a reply yet, again, our apologies for that. One of my colleagues got back to you.
