Presets import issue

Hey good people hope you're all well. So, I have a Mac studio running protools. I tried to open guitar rig 6 and it says importing rack pre sets and then pro tools crashes. I tried opening the stand alone and it just crashes and sends the issue to apple. Not really sure what's going on but I need help please
