Native Access 2 does not show my newly purchased update

Native Access 1 does but will not let me install due to lack of space??

i have plentyAnybody else have this problem?

  What product is missing exactly?

  What is your operating system?

  About the lack of space in Native Access 1, have you checked the linked article: Native Access Error Message: "Installation has been prevented. You do not have enough free drive space to install the products."
