I'm trying to update my products via Native Access, but at the end of download of every update I have this message: download failed.
I don't have connection problems.
Time ago I changed some drives position, I don't know if there's something wrong (perhaps updating the path are incorrects now, but I've got no message about!).
The question is: can I uninstall all my products and then reinstall all of them from the beginning?
