Change email

Hi, I registered my new kontakt 13 collector edition, I can't change the account email via settings and I'm going crazy. I no longer have access to the email with which I registered and, among other things, I have received the voucher and the various activation emails above. Is there a way to recover everything, even the voucher? Through the account I have already tried to change the email but it brings it back to the original without any changes
