Hi There,
How to remove K6 completely and Keep K7, I did upgrade to 7 from 6.
Thank you
Chizilla
Hey @Chizilla It depends on your operating system:
How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software from a Mac Computer
How to Uninstall Native Instruments Software and Drivers from a Windows Computer
Deinstallate K6 from your computer.
May 2024 - Win 11 Home 23H2
I followed the instructions on the web site exactly. Uninstaller shows a success message, but afterward a broken entry appears in Native Access.
Is any help available?

SOLVED: In Native Access, I executed "Help → How To Uninstall Your Products". (Basically it shows the same info as on the web page.)
I noticed at the very end "If you are using Native Access 3.10.3, please also delete the following file:…" (I am using 3.11.0.)
I searched and found a file
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products\Kontakt Application.json
Its contents indicate that it actually belongs to the Kontakt 6 [Player]. After deleting (renaming) this file and refreshing, the error and update indications disappear from Native Access.
I have a similar problem where Native Access indicates that the uninstalled Kontakt 6 Player with a red exclamation mark and ask me to repair or re-locate it. It has already been uninstalled like any normal Windows app. I do not have the C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments/… folder. I only have the NI Resources folder there.
