I can load the App's just fine...
They just can't find the corresponding hardware i.e. Maschine or Komplete Keyboard.
Still waiting for an answer myself... 2 days and counting.
@EJtheProducer Some more information might be helpful here, like what your operating system is, what kind of computer you have, how does the crash happen, etc...

Im running a Mac Mini, i7, 64 GBs.
I didn’t make any changes except with adding the new update and that’s when I got a midi change error initially with Logic and it wouldn’t read S61 or MK3.
Then Komplete Kontrol wouldn’t launch after that.

Are you able to load the Komplete Kontrol standalone application?
Make sure that both Logic and Komplete Kontrol have full disk access: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Delete this file: Macintosh HD/Users/User Name/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs (Accessing the Hidden User Library (macOS))
Does that fix the issue?
