Maschine+ freezing on startup

Hey everyone,

I'm having a catastrophic issue with my Maschine+: It's freezing on the 'Maschine+ is starting screen' and never fully booting up (see here: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CZT-d0Ss9y7/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link ). No matter how long I wait, it never gets past this screen.

This has been an occasional issue since I bought the unit in Nov'21 (happening maybe 1 in 10 or 20 times), but over the last 2 days it's happening 100% of the time. I can't even get to the setting menu to do a factory reset.

I've tried everything I can think of (disconnecting USB/MIDI/audio cables, removing SD card) but nothing makes a difference.

I've raised a support ticket, but I'm hoping someone here has had the same issue and worked out a solution.

Has anyone else experienced this with their Maschine+?

    If it also happens with a different high quality SD Card, it might be a hardware failure.

    Contacting support is probably your best option.

    Thanks - unfortunately it happens even without the SD card :(

    I've contacted support but am waiting to hear back
