Can i route Macbook audio directly into Maschine+ over USB

I want to route audio from macbook direct into maschine+ like i can with my Digitakt over USB for sampling but i cant figure the process out on Maschine+.

I can use my Digitakt as audio interface for youtube etc from my macbook.. Surely Maschine+ has this capabillity..

Can someone explain the process.

It doesn't have that capability. You can plug an audio interface into maschine+ and use something adat (or AVB or probably dante) to connect to your mac.
