how to transfer license

Hi there, I'm possibly going to buy a second hand Traktor S2 MK3 in the next couple of days. I am wondering how does it work with the software license, what the owner and I need to do in order to transfer names?

Hi there, I have transferred successfully the ex-owner license on my account. Then I have downloaded Native Access and added the S2 serial number. Now I'm trying to download Traktor Pro 3 but the download keeps failing...??
