I bought Massive in 2012 and it shows up as a purchase in my products and serials page. It does not show up in Native access however. I even clicked on Massive in the store page and it shows up as already purchased, but there is no link to download it, only to buy it again. How to do I download Massive again without buying it again? Contact support seems to be broken, when I click on contact support, it just refreshes the page.
