Hi. I got an email saying that Cremona Quartet Ensemble was updated. It's not showing up in Native Access nor can I find any info other than from the email that is vague at best. Does anyone have any info? Or has anyone actually got the update?
Yes, the updates were released yesterday, we posted it here:
Alas then I do not yet have the Cremona Quartet Ensemble so I can not check the page myself , and also often then manual downloads are not updated until later when new versions are available , but you could check your Account downloads to see if it is available there.
No sign of the update in Native Access here, at least on Mac. It might be a "coming soon" that got delayed, or just Native Instruments' notification system having a bad day :)

Is this update also for the separate instruments: Stradivari Cello, for instance? I'm not seeing it using the white version of Native Access.

Yes, as stated earlier in the thread - and in the other thread where you asked the same thing.
What is the "white version" of Native Access?
If you actually mean v1 of Native Access - chances are very high you will not see any updates.
That version is essentially retired and is not maintained - and does not offer the latest software.
You need to be on Native Access 3.19.x (or higher)
