Hello,
I’m experiencing a persistent issue with Kontakt 7 and the Factory Library included in my Komplete 14 Standard bundle.
Everything has been properly installed via Native Access:
- Kontakt 7 Full is activated and working
- Kontakt Factory Library version 1.3.0 is installed (24.97 GB)
- The .nicnt file is present, along with complete Instruments and Samples folders
- Native Access shows the library as installed, with no “Repair” or “Relocate” option
Despite this:
- The Factory Library does not appear in the Libraries panel of Kontakt 7
- No “Kontakt Factory Library.xml” file has been generated in the Service Center folder
- The libraries cannot be accessed in Kontakt 7, although everything is set up correctly
I have already tried:
- Deleting old XML files in the Service Center folder
- Performing a full reinstall of the Factory Library via Native Access
- Resetting Kontakt 7’s interface (removing .ini/.json files)
- Restarting the NTKDaemon service
- Full system reboot
Please assist by either manually activating the Factory Library on my account, or providing specific steps to resolve this issue. I am attaching my Komplete 14 invoice if needed.
