Hi.

Until now I had s2mk3 and installed traktor pro 3, but I didn't saw my traktor pro serial on my NI account. Why is that? I think it should be visible.

Im asking because I lately bought S4mk3 from previous owner and would like to sell s2mk3 and keep traktor pro 3. If I sell s2mk3 then new owner will have possibility to install traktor pro 3?

So finally me and new owner of s2mk3 will have Traktor Pro 3

    welcome to the community. You know the following article regarding Second Hand NI products?

    In general you have to create a license transfer ID in your account and give that ID to the buyer. If you want transfer bundles of hardware and software (like S2 Mk3 which came with a Traktor license) it is important to just transfer the hardware - you don't need to transfer the software. By doing so you should keep your licenses and the buyer gets his own licenses of the software originally came with that device. In short: If you follow NIs transfer process the buyer will get Traktor Pro 3.

    As you bought a S4 Mk3 you should get a Traktor Pro 3 (or if it is a younger unit maybe already a Traktor Pro 4) license.

    Thank you very much.

    I just wanted to make sure that my new S4 and old S2 that will be using by new owner will have possibility to keep using Traktor Pro 3 and now I'm sure. I had doubts because I still see in my registered products section serial for Traktor DJ 2 but there is no for Traktor Pro 3.

    I know operation with transfering ID (I received it for S4 from previous owner and will use that when sell S2).

    If my new S4 is related with Traktor Pro 3 or 4 I don't know. Is that possible to check it by You for below (Edit: I deleted the serial; @Sûlherokhh )

    As I am just a user and not an employee of NI I cannot check this. As someone maybe can use your serial in a malicious way I strongly recommend to edit your post and remove it.

    Have you got a transfer ID with your S4? If not you may have to contact support to get it transferred to your account to get a new license.
