Chatbot Not Accepting Invoice for Warranty

Is there some other way to contact support? I have 5-days left on a warranty for my S88 MK3 Midi keyboard and the chatbot does not seem to be accepting my invoice. How long has support been taking to get back to people these days?

    @ScottieBeats For this kind of issues, yes, it's the only option. I found muktiple requests for the same object. My colleagues will get back to you as soon as possible. Making more requests will only slow down the process. Thanks for your patience.
