Why is it when i log into my account it still shows me packs i have and try to sell them to me again ... i have the top complete and other sound packs from affiliate companies so I can't remember them all they even trying to sell me the komplete basic...why?

Logging in where? The main NI website?
If you expecting the website to be able to audit your NI account in real time (after logging in) and then display countless unique pages without showing you anything you already own - I think you will be disappointed.
It has been this way forever.VP
