I accidentally deinstalled the files for my "SYMPHONY SERIES COLLECTION" and "CHOIR x OMNIA ESSENTIA, I tried to get my files back, but they are gone, how can i get them back or reinstall the files from NI?
@LightType You need to download and install the libraries again with Native Access. You don't have to pay anything since you own the products.
Then it"s a different issue, if you have issues downloading the libraries from Native Access you can try to download the Symphony series from this space: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads/

Using Native access. You should have option to Install the packages again . Click on Available and it should list them.
Hopefully that works fine.
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

Hi, My problem is that I reinstalled the zip files, and I can't install the library without the digital files on my PC, is there any way I can get them again without paying the money?

Well, you go in Native Access, find the product and install it again. Do you mean it's now missing from Native Access?

Even if you uninstall a product it will stay in the available section. It is still on your NI account. How did you uninstall it? Did you uninstall it from Native Access? How does this product show in Native Access?
Normally but if i try to install it i takes about 4 hours to install and when it says "Installing" it doesn't do anything, It's been trying to install the libraries for days, I shut it down because it took so long
