Hey, does anyone have the tech specifications and/or frequency ranges for the different EQ's in traktor 4?
I mean for both the 3-band and 4-band (low-mid/high-mid split)

Hey! Traktor has various EQ types.
3-Band EQs (Low/Mid/High):
Classic: Standard Traktor EQ, wide sound, +12/-24 dB.
P600/P800 (Pioneer-like): Club sound, +12/-26 dB or more, good cuts.
NUO (Ecler-like): Different curve, +10/-25 to -30 dB.
Z ISO (Traktor Kontrol Z2-like): Sharp, "isolator" style full kills (-∞) on bands, great for drastic cuts.
Those aren't available in user manual. Maybe output from Traktor and monitor audio freq for each bend via your DAW.
Z ISO is the only selectable eq type with truly sharp cuts, like Martiniix mentioned above. All other types have overlapping frequency bands. Sadly i haven't found any actual frequency graphics, although you can find the Pioneer and Xone:92 info in the mixer manuals at the respective home pages.
