Thanks for taking the time. With this information, now we know we did not do anything wrong.

PoorFellow was generous enough to share one, but unfortunately it does not work.

Anyone as a voucher that is not used?

I actually own Ultimate 11 too (which I regret, should have got standard, I'm not interested in updating the products exclusively with Ultimate and it costs basically double).

I'm aware I can't update Standard from Ultimate.

Regardless all of what you have written is true.

Nevertheless I'm simply clicking on the top menu and selecting "MY Komplete offers" and there it is for sale £89.50 - showing me I can update for that price. That is misleading.

Click on the link for the update and then it's just as you explained, and as the screenshot demonstrates.

However, the previous extra one that i got (and send to another member) it didn't work (any idea @Kaiwan_NI ?)!

I will send you a PM with one, to try it. :-)

    hey, My question is.

I‘ve the Komplete 14 Ultimate CE (and many more things in my account…)

    @Kaiwan_NI

Some times ago, I „updated“ to (normal) Komplete 15 - mostly because of Kontakt8…I didn‘t upgrade to the CE because it was to expensive. Question now:

Is there a possibility to „upgradate“ to Komplete 15 Ultimate CE cheaper, because of the former part-update to Komplete 15… Or do I have to/can I unregister and sell the former update to Komplete 15 (normal)?

    thank you for an answer.

    Bye, Lukas

edit: maybe this so-called part-update was possible because of my „armada“ of NI-licenses (because I‘ve different versions and series of NI Komplete - and in the past I’ve even had different full versions (not just upgr-/updates)…

    Hello

I already have Komplete Ultimate 9 crossgrade, Complete Ultimate 11 upgrade.

I also have Komplete select, Komplete select for existing Maschine.
I also have an unregistered copy of Komplete 12 select.

I want to buy Komplete Standard the cheapest way possible, can I upgrade and what base product/s can I use and will it cost me £224.50, yet the previous page states it will cost £89.50.

Should I register Komplete 12 select for a discount? How much would be?

I am logged in to check prices.

    Thankyou

Upgrading to Standard from Select says in the pricing section of Compare Komplete 15 bundles page to cost 249,50 € .

To explain any price differences then one would need access to your account and then maybe still one could not get the full picture (please do not post e.g. screenshots of serials and such here). One of the reasons for what you experience could be that you have an unused Croos-grade path.

Your best option is to contact N.I. Support (all) to have them help explain and give you your best options..

Hi. I've never been able to understand Kontakt routing.
I've seen all the explanations, and they're all different.
Why doesn't Native Instruments find an easier way to do this?
It's not just me; several of us have the same problem.
My DAWs are CUBASE 12 and STUDIO ONE 7.

That has absolutely nothing to do with the object of this thread. I already replied to the post you created about the same questions. Please read a little more before posting

    Hi,

I have a 360 plus subscription since a few months and want to move to a perpetual komplete ultimate 15 license.

I plan on getting std + an upgrade toward ultimate as it's the cheapest way to get ultimate I can find, thanks to a reseller where I'll get both license. Will this cause any issue from the EULA perspective ?

Also, aside from entering the two serial in order in native access and cancelling the 360 plus subscription, considering I did an audit and I don't have any 360 plus products I use that are not included in the komplete 15 ultimate, is there something specific I'll need to do to ensure my projects still loads correctly and that the migration is transparent from my daw perspective ?

Thank you in advance for your help and have a nice day :)

In theory this should work without any problems provided that your purchase fits the account. However in all practicality then hiccups has been seen from time to time , but if any such should occur then N.I. support will help you fix it , since you are buying from a reseller then just make sure that the purchase fits e.g. full Standard or update/upgrade to standard as you need as well as upgrade to Ultimate because it would be seller that you have to square out any such problems with when you do not buy directly from N.I. though again N.I. will help you with any technical problems , if any, in connection with activation they just can not help with any "wrong product" bought problem if not bought from N.I.. I don't know why it should be cheaper the way that you mention but that is between you and seller.

With respect to the DAW question then there ought not be any problems but again I am not in a position to give any %100 guarantees , though I never heard or read of any such problem.

Thank you for your answer ! The sellers in question are musicstore and thomann, so no shady business don't worry :) Ended up buying everything from the NI shop, as their offers were at the end of the day almost the same when going from select to standard, then ultimate. The only difference was their "direct" offers listed cheaper than on the NI shop, so I thought their upgrades were also cheaper, but they were the same in the end, just needed to search a bit, so took everything on the NI shop directly :)

hey I don't want to hijack this thread, but wondering when there will be a May/June Community update? The last one was in Feb and NI now has a new CEO so interested to see the new direction?

Forgive an old f*art like me, just trying to get my head around how NI upgrade / crossgrade works……

So here's a snippet of my various KOMPLETE serials over the years……

    Screenshot 2025-06-24 at 15.48.09.jpg

Most recently I purchased Komplete 15 Standard (since I got nearly all of the other stuff already) yet I'm still being prompted to buy / upgrade to Kontakt 8…….?

    Screenshot 2025-06-24 at 15.49.04.jpg

Also, given that I already own the individual Cremona strings libraries (as part of Komplete 14 CE), I was hoping to qualify for the lowest possible upgrade price to Quartet Solo… turns out the NI system does not recognize my Komplete 14 CE edition and sticks me with a higher upgrade price based on my Komplete 13 Ultimate serial……..?

    Screenshot 2025-06-24 at 15.49.36.jpg

Finally, the discount voucher of US$25 as part of Komplete 15 purchase only appears to work for regular priced software purchases……completely useless when a software would still end up costing more than during NI Summer of Sound or Black Friday promotions……?
