Q:Translation inserted by Moderator (translation by DeepL)

I deleted by mistake the containing folder in C: and now when I install the whole package in D: everything is installed correctly but komplete kontrol doesn't recognise any path of installed programs, through Kontakt everything works fine, I have reinstalled komplete kontrol several times but still the same, could it be something in the registry? how can I fix it? Thank you very much!

Anytime you bypass Native Access and mess with the filing system or registry you're taking the chance of all sorts of messes being created. Your best bet at this point is to start completely over beginning with a fresh install and configuration of Native Access and a fresh install of Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt and your libraries. You can spend months trying to figure out what's working and not working otherwise.

Alternatively you can start with Native Access and use it's tools to point to the new locations. You might get lucky and find a way to fix things, but there's no turning back once you mess with the registry. Without knowing what specific versions of Native Access, Kontakt and Komplete Kontrol, it's all just guesses at this point.

@Adri Villalba Please try resetting Komplete Kontrol's database:

    Reinitialize the Komplete Kontrol Database

    1. Note: The "AppData" folder is hidden. See this article for instructions to access hidden Windows folders.
    2. Search through the Native Instruments folder at this location to find the Komplete Kontrol folder.
    3. Note: Deleting other NI product folders could result in unexpected behavior with other applications.
    4. Reopen the Komplete Kontrol software to check that the issue has been resolved.

Yes sorry but I could not answer before, I tried to delete but I think it stayed in the registry and that's why it keeps failing, now I have the collectors and delete everything and install is not so quick and easy, from the support they do not answer me for this problem, maybe some computer scientist can lend a hand and say that I have to delete exactly ....
