Hello everyone, I need to format my MacBook Pro late 2011 and reinstall my Traktor Pro 2.11.0 full version, but I don't know where to find it because I've lost my original installation program. Given my MacBook's age, I can't install newer versions of the program because it only works with that specific version. I couldn't find it anywhere. I have the original license. Thanks to everyone for their collaboration.

    Hello,

normally you can install the latest supported native access version from here and install your products:

You can get the Traktor Pro 2 downloads from this page , check out the downloads for the older OS' : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

in case of download problems then try logging in into Google first, if that doesn't help then copy the download to own Google drive before the download.

The above ought to help you circumvent the download limit.

I have Traktor pro 3 and 4. I need Traktor Pro 2. This is my second time contacting support. They don’t seem to care about their customers. I like Native Instruments but I might have to cut my losses. Traktor 2 is the remedy for me to get my setup working. If you have a license please help. I would have thought it would be easy to downgrade. I only can download a demo. Over the weekend I think I might make the move to the competition.

It's funny someone (Uwe303) answered my post and I can only see it in email. It's like they just assumed I was talking about something without reading my comment. It appears Native Instrument might be shuddering its doors from the way the customer service is lacking. Most of the problems can be solved easily but they just give vague answers. Spent a good penny on the software and hardware. Time to move on to Serato maybe.

Normally you have to make your own post for your problem and don't "highjack" another thread, I assumed you are the op. We all here try to help but posting under another post is disturbing the process. Anyway have a good day, hope you get it sorted in some way. If you don't have a traktor pro 2 license in your account you can only get it used, normally you find licenses for sale.
