If your controller is under warranty you should raise a hardware ticket. If not, ask NI for parts. I doubt they will send you the parts.

I attached a view pics of the orig. Fader. The dimensions are standard. The small PCB is branded. Maybe you can search on ALPS homepage.

The fader is so easy replaceable it's kinda ridiculous at this point we can't order one. I'm in the same boat, mine has issues too. NI wants 450,- dollars, and need to send in the whole unit.

    I found this on Google:

Native Instruments, like many companies in the music technology industry, is increasingly focused on reducing its environmental impact. This includes efforts to minimize their carbon footprint, promote sustainable practices in manufacturing, and explore ways to reduce the environmental consequences of electronic music production and consumption.

Somenone from NI should provide an explanation here, why NI is charging 450$ for a ~20$ replacement Part. This contradicts the statement above.

Yes, spare parts supply at NI is a real problem—they don't ship any parts. Completely incomprehensible to me.
You can get replacements for Pioneer devices anywhere.

The new NI is all about shareholder value and depreciating everything the moment it leaves the store.
I cant even use the new Kontrol on my expensive Kontrol keyboard because it's 2 gens old

Thank you very much for all discussions.Hopes NI responds more supporting their customer. I've been Traktor DJ user for more than 10 years.I Love it but many issues that NI always leave their supporter in the river. maybe someday I consider to change.
