A25 not recognized by software

Hi, I have an A25 that is not being recognized by the software. It stays in midi mode. The computer itself recognizes the device as an A25 attached to the USB. When I used the software earlier today, it recognized the M32 I had connected, and it worked correctly and also updated the firmware. When I connect the A25, it is not recognized though. I went through the preferences and the A25 is shown within the software, but for some reason it is not in the controller list, nor does it function as it should.

To update this issue, I installed Komplete Kontrol on a different laptop and it worked perfectly with the A25. The issue is not the device at all. For some reason, it is not connecting to the komplete kontrol software that I used for the M32 earlier. I am sure someone will claim the 2nd KK keyboard hooked up is set to midi, but I only have one KK keyboard connected to the software when I am trying to make it work.

If the m32 works the a25 should work too, it proves all services and stuff is running as far as i know. And it works on another computer as you found out. Have you tried to click on the top right on the midi keyboard sign, while the keyboard is connected?

It may be something with the specific laptop. I tried using a Maschine Mikro with Maschine software and it was not showing it in the device list. It is just weird because komplete kontrol was working with the M32, but not the A25. For the Maschine device issue, I solved it by reinstalling the software and it worked with the mikro. I haven't tested another maschine device to see if the issue is still present with Maschine software.

I haven't tried to reinstall the komplete kontrol to see if that corrects the issue with it not recognizing the A25, but it shouldn't have had any issues using a different device either way.
