Crash and Stuttering

I just got a new M4 Macbook pro 24gb and traktor pro 4. TP4 keeps randomly crashing. Usually starts with one deck freezing (Usually deck A) and after a few seconds the sounds die and the whole thing freezes. One thing I noticed it is that it might happen when I click to stop a track and quickly press the Load button for the next track. So could that be the hardware (S4 MK3) problem? I am using a USB c. Would using a regular USB with a adapter be better? Is it a Software thing? I am at lost but doing gigs fear crashing is not an option. I've been trying to create a ticket with NI but the website won't let me get in. It keeps telling me to login when in fact I'm logged in. Basically NI no longer seems to have Support. After over a decade using Traktor it might be time to move on to Rekordbox.

I am having the same setup like you and tried to reproduce your issue. I stopped a deck and load a track as fast as possible several times (all 4 decks). Can't reproduce it.
Had yesterday an 4 hour gig without any issues. I use 4 decks and sometimes a view FX.
Other hardware : USB-C to B cable from DJ Techtools and my entire music collection is saved external on a Samsung 990-Pro 2TB in a Graugear G-M2U4-40G-F case.
I would not recommend to use any "adapter" , but you should use high quality cables. This is the first step to try.

Well that's the problem sometimes I play for hours and no problem. I turn off all the mac screen savers etc… It's just nerve racking because I don't know when it's going to happen. I will buy a new USB-c and see if that helps. I would like to contact NI and send a crash report but I don't know how to get a hold of them anymore. I click on their support page and keeps telling me to login when I am already logged in and I am not sure how to get to a page where I can write them an email. It's just crazy how bad NI support has become.

Martiniix, So I ordered a new usb cable from DJ Techtool and did some of the stuff with my Macbook pro it was suggested. I have gigs this weekend and will see if it happens again. My ticket number is #4566760. My hope was that you guys could look at crash reports and figure out what's happening.
