Traktor Stuttering/Jumping backwards intermittently

I'm having a major headache with Traktor jumping backwards while playing. I've tried to recalibrate the jog wheels however in Traktor settings nothing happens when I press the load button as directed. And in the Controller Editor the jogwheel option isn't there. I have reinstalled Tractor but that did not solve the issue.

Any help would be appreciated!

    This could also be the move encoder (sending "ghost messages"). Try to remap the jog and move encoder just to see if it prevents from jumping around the track.

    @Stevan Great idea! Just used a different mapping but the issue still persists. If you have any other ideas I'm all ears! I'll be starting an NI ticket soon.

    What different mapping did you use? In this case the best way to proceed is to create a short video clip to demonstrate the mapping changes you made to the TSI or check the COntroller Editor (not Controller Manager) and check the MIDI indicator on the top - if it blinks without you having to touch the hardware then there are random midi messages firing from encoders or knobs. Then send that vid to NI.
