Where can I submit a bug report for plugin-alliance Plugin Kiive XTComp?

I've found a bug where it is not possible to load/select any preset.
Win 10 / Cubase Pro 14 latest version
Kiive XTComp: Version 1.0.2. Build 12.08.24 (latest version)
Kiive Tape Face is working fine-
The guys from Kiive told me to contact plugin-alliance support.
I can't find anything for opening a ticket.
