I purchased " [invoice removed by Moderator]
" (Order No. 162xxxxx) on August 19, 2024. However, the product has since been discontinued and is no longer available for download.
I did not receive any serial number by email or invoice, and the product is no longer visible or downloadable via Native Access. This makes it completely impossible for me to install or use the product I purchased.
Since there is no way for me to access what I paid for, I kindly request either a refund or an alternative solution (e.g., upgrade, store credit, or reactivation of the download).
Please let me know how this can be resolved.
