Hello,

I purchased " [invoice removed by Moderator]

" (Order No. 162xxxxx) on August 19, 2024. However, the product has since been discontinued and is no longer available for download.

I did not receive any serial number by email or invoice, and the product is no longer visible or downloadable via Native Access. This makes it completely impossible for me to install or use the product I purchased.

Since there is no way for me to access what I paid for, I kindly request either a refund or an alternative solution (e.g., upgrade, store credit, or reactivation of the download).

Please let me know how this can be resolved.

    Any and purchases via the NI Shop - are automatically registered to your NI Account.

    You should start there - and confirm that your Komplete 14 license is listed under "My Products and Serials".

    If it is listed - all you need to do is install Native Access (v3.18.1), login with your NI credentials and start downloading stuff.

    If it is NOT listed - in your actual NI account (making 100% sure the credentials you are using to check your NI acct - are identical to the ones used when you made your purchase) - you will need to reach out to NI Sales Support.

    When buying via the NI Shop - you will not receive any email with serials or anything regarding installation. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and your invoice via email (which you confirmed) but nothing else.

    There is no concept of "downloading" software any longer from the website or anywhere else. It is Native Access all the way.

    Also - gentle reminder to not post your invoice or anything with personal info on these forums.
