Hello,

do you own any other native instruments products? You have to use native access to register the product and then be able to install it. Then you can load the kits within maschine, battery or samples within kontakt 8 leap. You can of course also browse for the single samples and loops and load them onto any other sampler. The standard folders are for windows "c>users>public>public documents>native instruments libraries" or something like that. Mac is "Mac hd>users>shared"

@MAINE54 We need a little more information here. Did you buy the Expansion or the AKAI MPC expansion? Please install Native Access: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/native-access-2/

Maschine content requires the latest version of the Maschine software.
Additionally: Please update to the latest versions of Battery 4, Massive, Monark, Reaktor Prism and Reaktor 6 or the Reaktor 6 Player
Please note: Loops and Samples from Expansions are now accessible in the Kontakt 8 and Kontakt 8 Player browser and can be loaded directly into the Leap sampler.
