Fx no working in Traktor Pro 4

Hi, I'm having a problem with Traktor Pro 4. The effects aren't working. They're set to insert. I press the "On" button and move the parameters, but they don't apply to either deck 1 or deck 2.I've compared them to my Traktor 3 settings, and they're the same. They work correctly.

hola, tengo un problema con traktor pro 4, los efectos no funcionan. Estan configurados como insert doy al boton on muevo los parametros pero no se aplica ni al deck 1 ni al deck 2.
Comparo con la configuracion que tengo de traktor 3 y esta igual, ahi si que funcionan correctamente

    On your screen shot the FX aren't assigned to a deck - FX 1 and 2 buttons beneath the filter pot.

    Hello,

    have you also checked the settings on the FX themselves, what FX have you loaded, maybe you can make a picture.

    You're right, I hadn't seen buttons 1 and 2 in the interface.Thanks, it works now.
