Demo Mode

May 14 in Native Access

I install products (on both my computers) but they end up in demo mode and I can't get beyond this. I spent weeks emailing with tech support and they don't seem to know what to do.

  Are you using Kontakt player or full version?

  Are the products also listed as demo in Native Access?

  No, shows installed in NA. I can open Kontakt 7 from within NA

  nothing is listed as demo in NA. It’s in demo when kontakt 7 is opened and products are loaded
