Has anyone else had issues with buying a product? - Blank Pay & Confirm Page

The Pay & Confirm page is blank. When I click Continue to Payment, it says "Error - Payment is required." but there is nothing on the page. I have tried multiple browsers, multiple computers, cleared cookies and cache, everything.

Is it down across the nation or just for me? I am sure if it was down, Native Instruments would be quick to fix it. It is clear from the mind numbingly and depressing soul-crushing support system that revenue is extremely important to them, so I can't imagine it would be down.

I have been a customer since 2010 when I bought my first Maschine and Komplete. Trying to keep this about not being able to purchase a simple software product, but qualifying my history with the company and current experience with addressing the issue (or any issue for that matter).

    Hey all, there was an issue on our side, it just got fixed, everything should be back to normal now. Our apologies for this hiccup.

    I had the same problem last night and again this morning. I have tried both Chrome and Edge browsers. I am in the UK.

    I'm in the UK too, and using Safari on a Mac so doesn't look like it's browser specific problem. Hopefully it'll get looked at soon!
