The Pay & Confirm page is blank. When I click Continue to Payment, it says "Error - Payment is required." but there is nothing on the page. I have tried multiple browsers, multiple computers, cleared cookies and cache, everything.
Is it down across the nation or just for me? I am sure if it was down, Native Instruments would be quick to fix it. It is clear from the mind numbingly and depressing soul-crushing support system that revenue is extremely important to them, so I can't imagine it would be down.
I have been a customer since 2010 when I bought my first Maschine and Komplete. Trying to keep this about not being able to purchase a simple software product, but qualifying my history with the company and current experience with addressing the issue (or any issue for that matter).
